Apply a generous amount on dry skin, preferably before cleansing. Gently massage in a circular motion to roll, lift, and sweep away dead skin cells. Rinse well with water. For extra enzymatic exfoliation, leave on skin for one to five minutes then rinse. Use one to two times a week depending on skin sensitivity.
